Labradorite is a mineral from the feldspar group. Its typical and prized luster is caused by interference and reflection on submicroscopic lamellae. Another name for Labradorite is Spectrolite. Spectrolite was first described in 1896 in the book Edelsteinkunde (Science of Gemstones) by Dr. Max Bauer. However, it received its name from the Finnish professor Aarne Laitakari because of its iridescent luster in the full color spectrum. Labradorite is a highly mystical and protective stone, it brings light into life, is a stone of esoteric knowledge, initiates into mysterious mysteries, supports the development of intuition, brings new ideas, removes negative energies attacking the aura, suppresses fear, uncertainty, remnants of old disappointments and from past lives, strengthens self-belief, calms an overly active mind, breaks illusions and penetrates to the roots of thinking, evokes suppressed memories of the past, brings strength and perseverance, is a stone of transformation and helps us in times of great change.

The construction of the jewelry is handmade from surgical steel and the connecting material is an alloy of tin and silver. The jewelry is then treated similarly to silver - we polish it once in a while.
