Alraüna
A distinctive piece of jewelry with Labradorite.
6 x 5 cm
Labradorite is a mineral from the feldspar group. Its typical and prized luster is caused by interference and reflection on submicroscopic lamellae. Another name for Labradorite is Spectrolite. Spectrolite was first described in 1896 in the book Edelsteinkunde (Science of Gemstones) by Dr. Max Bauer. However, it received its name from the Finnish professor Aarne Laitakari because of its iridescent luster in the full color spectrum. Labradorite is a highly mystical and protective stone, it brings light into life, is a stone of esoteric knowledge, initiates into mysterious mysteries, supports the development of intuition, brings new ideas, removes negative energies attacking the aura, suppresses fear, insecurity, remnants of old disappointments and from past lives, strengthens self-belief, calms an overactive mind, breaks illusions and penetrates to the roots of thinking, evokes suppressed memories of the past, brings strength and perseverance, is a stone of transformation and helps us in times of great change.
The construction of the jewelry is handmade from surgical steel and the connecting material is an alloy of tin and silver. The jewelry is then treated similarly to silver - we polish it once in a while. The more the jewelry is worn, the better, it polishes itself on the clothes, the skin of the wearer, etc. The metal is stable and does not contain nickel or heavy metals. The jewelry can be worn all the time, even in water, but it is a good idea to dry it and care for it more often afterwards. The jewelry is hung on a braided, cotton cord and secured with an enlargement knot.
